Our client, a stainless-steel products producer, is urgently looking for an analytical & qualified Remunerations Analyst, to support and guide the team with regards to Statistics of Remunerations & Benefits.
- Min qualification of a BCom Finance/ HR Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification with 3 Years+ exp.in remuneration, data analysis, job evaluation, grading and employee benefits administration.
- Strong statistical, analytical and research skills. (Proven track record)
- Self-directed, detail-orientated, and proactive, continually seeking ways to improve processes in the department.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct (Attitude & work ethic) & EQ
- Evaluate and analyze job duties and responsibilities and determine fair and competitive salaries in consultation with the Remuneration and Benefits Manager.
- Assess market data and remuneration trends to make recommendations for new appointment salaries, promotions, and interim adjustments.
- Maintain and update role descriptions.
- Participate in remuneration salary surveys and analyze resulting data.
- Prepare reports and provide analytical support for ongoing special projects and initiatives.
- Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure accuracy of information within the human resource information system.
- Stay current on market development, remuneration and benefits best practices, relevant legal and legislative compliance requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, such as retirement funds, medical schemes, disability management, group personal accident insurance, and funeral benefits.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills.
