Job Description

Our client, a stainless-steel products producer, is urgently looking for an analytical & qualified Remunerations Analyst, to support and guide the team with regards to Statistics of Remunerations & Benefits.

  • Min qualification of a BCom Finance/ HR Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification with 3 Years+ remuneration, data analysis, job evaluation, grading and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong statistical, analytical and research skills. (Proven track record)
  • Self-directed, detail-orientated, and proactive, continually seeking ways to improve processes in the department.
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct (Attitude & work ethic) & EQ
  • Evaluate and analyze job duties and responsibilities and determine fair and competitive salaries in consultation with the Remuneration and Benefits Manager.
  • Assess market data and remuneration trends to make recommendations for new appointment salaries, promotions, and interim adjustments.
  • Maintain and update role descriptions.
  • Participate in remuneration salary surveys and analyze resulting data.
  • Prepare reports and provide analytical support for ongoing special projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure accuracy of information within the human resource information system.
  • Stay current on market development, remuneration and benefits best practices, relevant legal and legislative compliance requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as retirement funds, medical schemes, disability management, group personal accident insurance, and funeral benefits.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel skills.
