What you'll be doing:
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing software engineering team
- Drive the design, development and delivery of modern software products
- Partner with Product, Design and Operations to deliver business-critical solutions
- Champion engineering best practices, Agile delivery and technical excellence
- Oversee project delivery, team performance, recruitment and continuous improvement
- Support cloud-first, secure and scalable technology initiatives
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' software development experience
- 2+ years' experience leading software engineering teams
- Strong hands-on background in C#/.NET or Flutter
- Experience with Azure or Google Cloud
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
- Experience within a fast-paced technology or startup environment
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices
- Data-driven mindset with an interest in emerging technologies
