Job Description

A mining house based in the Free State is looking for a Mining Manager to join their team.

Duties:

  • Ensure the production team produce the right quality and quantity of product in a safe and cost-effective manner and co-ordinating resources to meet targets
  • Manage budget and cost control
  • Manage the production processes to ensure optimised production and achievement of targets

Requirements:

  • B-Tech Degree /Bachelor of Mining Engineering
  • Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency
  • Mine Manager's Certificate of Competence (optional)
  • At least 5years as an appointed Mine Overseer 
  • Trackless (TMM) experience
