They want someone who can design, build, automate, and lead the full HR & Payroll workflow transformation.

You will lead:

  • Architect and configure the full Servicely platform for HR & Payroll Ops.

  • Map current processes and redesign them into scalable, automated digital workflows.

  • Build service catalogues, case management flows and self-service experiences.

  • Implement AI-powered features (chatbots, predictive routing, intelligent triage).

  • Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, IT and project teams to drive adoption.

Required Skills

  • Proven hands-on Servicely configuration + end-to-end implementation experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll or Shared Services processes.

  • Experience embedding automation using AI, NLP or workflow intelligence.

  • Ability to run workshops, interpret business needs and convert them into digital solutions.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, or other ESM/ITSM tools is a big plus.

  • Exposure to large, global enterprise environments.

  • Relevant IT or information systems degree (Master's advantageous).
