Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead to lead a team of SAP technical professionals in delivering, integrating, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role partners closely with functional leads, business process owners, and project teams to assess solution impacts, ensure scalability, and support long-term platform stability

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the SAP technology roadmap, architecture, policies, and standards
  • Maintain system documentation (landscape diagrams, solution maps across Dev/QA/Prod)
  • Lead integrations across enterprise platforms and external systems (IDocs, APIs, middleware)
  • Advise on new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure effective cross-team communication across upstream and downstream processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • SAP Certification

Experience Required

  • 10+ years' expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP suite integrations
  • 8+ years' experience with ABAP, Fiori, Integration, and Cloud technologies
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM, FI-CO, EAM (PM), PS modules
  • Hands-on experience with ABAP, OData, CDS, SAP AIF (IDocs, SOAP, REST APIs)
  • Experience with SAP BTP (incl. CPI), SAP security (GRC), workflows
  • Proven track record delivering SAP upgrades (SPAU/SPDD)
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
