We are offering a 12-month Procurement Internship that provides practical exposure to procurement, supplier management, logistics coordination and supply chain operations. Throughout the programme, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop valuable workplace skills and gain real-world experience that will help build a successful career
What You'll Do
As a Procurement Intern, you'll support the Procurement team with a variety of activities, including:
- Assisting with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records
- Supporting purchase order administration and SAP transactions
- Coordinating and tracking shipments
- Maintaining procurement documentation and contracts
- Assisting with procurement reporting and spend analysis
- Supporting supplier performance monitoring
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on procurement requirements
- Preparing reports, presentations and meeting minutes
- Providing general administrative support to the Procurement team
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you should:
- Be currently studying towards or have recently completed a Diploma or Degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement Management
- Logistics
- Business Administration
- Commerce or a related field
- Be passionate about building a career in procurement and supply chain
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
