TRANSPORT MANAGER 

My client, a multinational, is currently recruiting for a TRANSPORT MANAGER - (Bulk Grains) to join their team.

To be considered for this position you will need to have a passion for operations and expertise in bulk grain logistics. They are looking for someone to lead and optimize their client's transport operations.

As the Transport Manager, you'll oversee the efficient movement of bulk grain and agricultural products across various locations. You'll manage transport schedules, streamline fleet operations, and ensure that all deliveries meet quality and safety standards. With a focus on cost-effective solutions and productivity, your leadership will be pivotal in keeping the business moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of transport and logistics for bulk grain distribution.
• Manage and maintain the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are compliant and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement effective transportation strategies to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resources to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing transport operations, with a strong focus on bulk grain logistics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
• Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and improve operational efficiencies.
