Role Overview
As the Distribution Exports Manager, you'll be responsible for driving our distribution strategy and execution for West Cenetral African markets. You'll oversee supply chain logistics, partner relationships, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality FMCG products across the region. Join us and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint while ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective exports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an export distribution strategy for West Central Africa, aligning with company goals and market needs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including warehousing, shipping, and on-time delivery to meet market demands.
- Collaborate closely with local and international teams to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring smooth, compliant export processes.
- Build and nurture relationships with distribution partners and negotiate service agreements that enhance value.
- Analyze market trends and work proactively to identify growth opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all regional export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in distribution management within the FMCG or export industry, with a proven track record in West African markets.
- Strong knowledge of export logistics, supply chain management, and customs regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective strategies.
- Candidate can be based in West Central Africa or in SA and be open to travelling
