Job Description
A Mining house based in the Gauteng region is looking for a Section Manager - C&I
Duties:
- Accountable for designing and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of advanced technology and networks associated with the mine's modernisation programme.
- Participate in and lead various Safety, Health, and Environmental campaigns ensuring that effective auditing of C & I safety systems is maintained to enhance standards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Relevant engineering degree such as BSc Engineering, BEng, BTech Control and Instrumentation/Electronics et
- Proven track record of extensive practical experience in Instrumentation/Automation management at middle management level
- Experience in Advanced Process Control (APC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA)Experience in managing third party contractors and suppliers
