Job Description
Our leading manufacturing client in Mount Edgecombe is looking for a Cost Accountant to report into the Finance Manager
The successful candidate would be responsible for the following :
- assisting with cost analysis,
- budgeting,
- finanancial reporting,
- preparation of cashflow,
- inventory management,
- Identify cost saving initiatives,
- Analyse financial data,
- Export rebates
Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Accounting or Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a team environment.
- CMA certification is a plus.
