Key Responsibilities:
- Use appropriate tools to solve system problems and drive decision-making.
- Plan, develop and implement new systems to enhance existing processes.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders and engineers to support the delivery of a project, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.
- Design and implement system integrations to ensure smooth communication between different software platforms and tools.
- Translate data into informative reports and use visuals to draw out insights, supporting the business with making data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with sustainable agricultural practices and innovations.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within engineering, preferably within agriculture or food production industries.
- Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
- Proficiency with engineering tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and the ability to integrate them into production processes is a plus.
