Job Description
A Mining house based in the Northern Cape region is looking for an experienced Shaft GES
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the engineering department's daily activities, including maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment and machinery
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
Matric
NQF Level 6
10yrs+ exp on Winders
Strong knowledge of mining equipment, machinery, and processes
