Chief Technology Transformation Officer
My client, a leader in the financial services space is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Transformation Officer to lead their technology transformation initiatives across their diverse business units. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in orchestrating large-scale tech transformations, implementing cloud migrations, and executing data strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Transformation Leadership:
- Orchestrate tech transformation initiatives across multiple autonomous businesses with different client segments.
- Lead integration projects focusing on Data, CRM, Claims, Customer Experience (CX), and Core Policy Administration.

Cloud Transformation:
- Implement and oversee cloud transformation and migration strategies (excluding infrastructure) for both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Manage cloud initiatives across various business segments, including retail, affluent, mass, corporate, and health.

Data Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, including Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), Lakehouse, and Data Fabric.
- Drive data initiatives across multiple client segments and business units to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Cross-Business Collaboration:
- Collaborate with CIOs and other senior leaders across different business units to ensure alignment of technology and data strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT and data teams.

Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate transformation progress and align initiatives with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in technology leadership roles, with a focus on tech transformation and cloud migration.
- Proven experience in implementing data strategies, including ML, LLMs, and data lakehouse concepts.
- Strong understanding of integration, CRM, Claims, CX, and Core Policy Administration.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in or with large, global organizations is highly desirable.
