We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support across our global offices. This role requires troubleshooting expertise across desktop systems, hardware, software, network infrastructure, and printers. The candidate will work remotely but may need to visit the Durban office occasionally for on-site support.
