The Role:
Looking for a skilled IT Recruiter / In-House IT Recruiter / Internal IT Recruiter to join the HR team. The ideal candidate must have a background in working niche/hard to fill roles within the IT development space. You must have a keen understanding of the IT landscape and the unique challenges of recruiting top tech talent. This role is crucial in helping our client build a world-class IT team to support our cutting-edge financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop recruitment sourcing strategies.
- Headhunt, Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions, primarily within the following areas: Developers, Cloud, Dev Ops, Architects and AI & ML
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top IT talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years as Senior IT Recruiter within the developers space.
- Display an in-depth knowledge on the IT industry and willingness to learn new IT technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
