Our client, a leading blue-chip financial services organization, is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / In-House IT Recruiter / Internal IT Recruiter to join their team. The Role:

Looking for a skilled IT Recruiter / In-House IT Recruiter / Internal IT Recruiter to join the HR team. The ideal candidate must have a background in working niche/hard to fill roles within the IT development space.  You must have a keen understanding of the IT landscape and the unique challenges of recruiting top tech talent. This role is crucial in helping our client build a world-class IT team to support our cutting-edge financial solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop recruitment sourcing strategies.
  • Headhunt, Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions, primarily within the following areas:  Developers, Cloud, Dev Ops, Architects and AI & ML
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top IT talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years as Senior IT Recruiter within the developers space.
  • Display an in-depth knowledge on the IT industry and willingness to learn new IT technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
