Job Description

A Mining house based in the Northern Cape is looking for an experienced Mineral Resources Manager.

Duties:

To develop long term strategic mine planning and technical support for the effective identification, design, estimation, extraction and reporting of the available mineral resources.

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree in mining, geology, or related disciplines (i.e. MRM management, mining engineering, surveying etc. - NQF 7).

Post graduate degree in mining, geology, or related field disciplines. Project management i

 Completed management development program (MDP) 

·        10 years' experience in MRM or technical services roles

·        5 years managerial experience.

·        Experience with using geological, geophysical, and engineering data.

·        Experienced in using geological and planning software, geo- modelling tools and databases.
