Position Overview
As a Senior SAP FICO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions across the organization. Working closely with business leaders, finance teams, and IT professionals, you will ensure seamless integration of SAP with business processes, driving efficiencies and improvements in financial operations
You will be the key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that the SAP FICO solution aligns with business objectives and supports the company's goals. From driving change management initiatives to managing system enhancements, your expertise will ensure minimal disruption and maximum value
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FI and CO modules to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO issues, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system upgrades
- Drive change management activities related to SAP upgrades, enhancements, and projects, promoting adoption and minimizing disruptions
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO system settings, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and internal/external reporting
- Ensure successful integration of SAP FICO with other modules (MM, EAM, PS) and third-party systems like COUPA
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 8+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance, 3+ years in Controlling, and a deep understanding of Fiori apps. At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO system configuration, integration with other SAP modules (MM, EAM, PS), and experience with COUPA
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to lead both projects and support activities in a hybrid environment, and experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks
- Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science or related field and SAP certification
