Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
    • Build a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a constant flow of potential candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

    • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and manage the pre-employment process.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
    • Maintain and update job postings, ensuring they align with the company's brand and values.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reporting:

    • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).
    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and quality of hires.
  • Diversity & Inclusion:

    • Work to attract and recruit a diverse pool of candidates in line with the company's diversity and inclusion goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in [industry/sector].
    • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and market trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other online recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and/or performance management systems.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR-related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
