HEAD OF SALES My client, a leading player in the fintech industry, is seeking a Head of Brand to join their collaborative and dynamic team. They specialize in leveraging technology to enhance and streamline the delivery and utilization of financial services. I understand you might be happy in your current role, however its always good to understand what opportunities are out there.
They have offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg and are happy for the successful candidate to be based in either location and be open to travelling as and when required between offices.
The role sits on the board, reports to the CEO and leads a team of circa 38. This is no traditional Head of Sales role. Working in a unique market space, you will be accountable for formulating and executing customer growth strategy through data and insights. You will integrate data and processes that meet business needs across your area of influence, manage complex issues, be involved in long-term planning, and defining winning strategies and driving growth through the sales team.
You will analyse the competitor landscape and keep ahead of the game. You will understand the market and products and carve the pathways to growth and expansion. You will co-ordinate a high performing sales force, which is led by independent thinkers and provide support and guidance to them to meet their objectives.
