A Mining house based in the Gauteng area is looking for a Trackless Crew Leader

The Trackless Crew Leader is accountable for executing the safe and efficient delivery of assigned monthly production plan, leading operational teams to achieve prescribed safely goals and ensuring quality delivery according to operational standards.

Duties: 

• Providing and maintaining a safe environment with minimum risk to the health and safety of the crew
• Ensuring compliance to the Mines Health & Safety Act and related operational safety standards
• Accurate and timeous reporting of all relevant safety and production matters

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
• Relevant Blasting Certificate
• At least 5 years' production experience in a deep level trackless mine with relevant TM3 equipment/machinery certificates
• Sound working knowledge of relevant Mine Health & Safety legislation
