A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for an experienced HR Executive for a 2yr Contract period
Duties:
Responsible for managing the full People Operations value chain
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in People Operations roles
- At least 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple HR functions
- Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimisation of HRIS and HR technologies
- Experience managing contractors, facilities, and workplace services within a multicultural mining environment
- Proficiency in business English is mandatory; and working knowledge of French would be highly advantageous
