Our client, a leading Manufacturing concern in Durban, situated close to Mount Edgecombe, is currently seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Core Purpose of the Job: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding customer expectations and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Timely completion of quotes with adherence to quoting standards
  • Accurate management of customer information
  • Utilization of the Cerm system for data maintenance
  • Liaison with production and dispatch to monitor job progress and delivery schedules
  • Efficient handling of customer queries
  • Provides valuable support to the sales team
  • Acts as a liaison between production, sales representatives, and customers

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Technical proficiency with a 2-3 years' experience in the labels/packaging manufacturing industry
  • Intermediate computer skills
