Our Client, KWV, a leading to South African wine and spirits producer based in Paarl, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Manager Africa to lead their operations across various African markets. In this role you will develop and execute strategies to maximize profit and market presence through effective routes to market.

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate a robust financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, prepare income statements, formulate budgets, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years liquor FMCG related experience in sales, marketing, and brand development
  • Completed tertiary qualification.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and ensure profitability while driving strategic data driven decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of Southeast African markets such as: Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Namibia
  • Business Development: Track record of successfully developing sustainable businesses, implementing route-to-market strategies, and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and trade marketing strategies, ensuring effective brand building and execution.
  • Skilled in enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing transaction costs, and optimizing value chains.
